This extract is 20X.  It is a FULL SPECTRUM EXTRACT.  It is not made from a boil, and is made inside the USA from a third party lab.  It’s extraction method for Kratom is unique:

CO2 subcritical extraction is a process that uses pressurized carbon dioxide to pull the desired phytochemcals from a plant. CO2 at certain temperatures and pressures acts like a solvent, without the dangers of actually being one. It is the most expensive extraction method, and is widely considered the most effective and safest plant extraction method in the world.

CO2 is used to make soft drinks and is also used in the removal of caffeine from coffee beans.

The strength of Kratom extract is determined by the quantity of the plant material used to make a single gram of Kratom extract.  The way to read how potent an extract is, is by denoting the number before an “X”.  The 20x means it takes twenty kilograms of Kratom to equal one kilogram of this extract.
