Returns & Refunds
You can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide return instructions and approval
- Ship the unopened product back to us
- Receive your refund by check or free product exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.
