The Mekong River feeds these trees with a constant supply of water, leading to healthy foliage year-round. These plants are more difficult to reach than their Indonesian counterparts (where an estimated 95% of kratom comes from), which means more mature trees to harvest from — better kratom. The soil is rich and fertile, fed by sediment from the mountains upriver. These factors, combined with Vietnam’s perfect climate for kratom, produce a superior product with rich, full-spectrum alkaloid content.
