PDO Botanicals is a small, family owned and operated business that I started in 2015. I handle most orders myself, with care and attention to detail. I created this business to help raise the standard of living for our customers, allowing us to change lives across the United States.
I’ve been passionate about plants and natural medicine since childhood. I grew up reading every book I could find on medicinal plants, and the older folks in my town nicknamed me “The Plant Man.” After years of research and hands-on learning, I built PDO Botanicals on a foundation of knowledge, integrity, and genuine care.
We pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest research, safety, regulations and legislature. We only source the finest products available on the planet. All vendors say this — we survive by following through with this and our commitment to our customers.
The safety of our customers is paramount. We care for our customers the way we care for our own family, with uncompromising standards. We take the time to know our customers, understand their needs, and provide the care we would give to our own loved ones.
Product safety is paramount. We follow strict health and safety protocols — if something needs to be done to protect product quality, we know when and how to do it. All of our products are stored in air-tight, non-reactive, non-leaching containers at all times, except when compiling orders. Products are stored on shelves that are cleaned regularly. All receptacles and equipment are sanitized regularly.
When handling products, I use non-reactive gloves in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Chapter 21. Before every order, hands are washed with soap for at least two minutes, and fingernails are kept clean and short. Facial masks and protective eyewear are used when necessary.
